Besides being Malaysia’s first National Parks, Kinabalu National Park has also been proudly designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in December 2000.

It is not only home to one of South East Asia’s highest mountains but it’s also a Center For Plant Diversity surrounding an eco-system of 4 different climate zones makes it a fascinating habitat to the astonishing multitude of endemic plant-life; Rich lowland dipterocarp forest through the montane oak, rhododendron, coniferous forests, the alpine meadow, and to the stunted bushes of summit zone
